PROGRAM:

We meet monthly for 10 face-to-face sessions in Paris or by videoconference, spread over 9 months.
Appointments made in advance, with the flexibility to reschedule if necessary.
If there's an emergency between sessions, I can be reached by e-mail or telephone for a call of less than 15 minutes, otherwise I can add another session.
Sharing of resources and suggestions for further personal work between our sessions, based on our discussions and your needs.
Completion of the MBTI questionnaire and exploration and discovery of your "personality profile" during one of our first sessions.
Open up my network by putting you in touch with other people if I have the opportunity.
I offer you a free discovery session, to clarify your situation, introduce you to my work and determine whether we'd like to go further together.

As a facilitator, I'm embarking on the Jagriti Yatra, an incredible program of support for social entrepreneurs in India. For 15 days, with 500 Yatri (travelers), men and women from all over India and a very small percentage of internationals. Together we will travel across India for 8000km on a privatized train, meeting 15 role models.

Challenge, adventure, uncertainty, learning, mental and physical resilience. Here we are!

For the last 10 years, I have been working with international executives and young professionals, in talent management, executive recruitment, assessment & development center, career counseling, soft skills training and professional coaching (several hundred people already coached).

I achieved this experience through International HR consulting companies, one of the best French Business Schools and now with my own company.

I am happy to practice this wonderful mission of Professional Coach, in collaboration with people who always inspire me!

I always self-develop in new approaches and techniques of human development and I am passionate about this experiential journey!
