Mastermind for entrepreneurs with human impact

Creating the new world of work and education is at the heart of your business! You are starting your entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial journey in the HR, training or education sectors, rich in your differences and similarities, here is the opportunity to join a network of mutual support that shares your challenges.

By mixing jobs, profiles, seniority, sectors of activity, you have a common goal of self-development by capitalizing on diversity.

For each of you, the group allows you to become more aware of yourself, of your relationship with others and with the world in order to discover and implement new adjustments to your needs and limits.

You will find in this group support a neutral space for sharing:

• Reflexivity on your professional practice;

• Questioning the meaning of your actions, orientation and decisions;

• A mirror on the link you have with your current challenges;

• A laboratory to learn to act differently and develop new potential.

In peer coaching structure:

• You arrive at each session with a request for support.

• After a vote, we collectively process 1 to 2 requests per session.

• We allow ourselves to go into the metaphorical language and the play of mirrors that the situations evoke in everyone. 

• Whether or not your topic is chosen to be dealt with collectively during the session, you are always a stakeholder in the process and leave with personal learnings.

All sessions are conducted in a caring, confidential and co-responsible manner. We leave room for intuition, presence, surprise and learning!

DETAILS:

👉 Monthly online meetings, one Wednesday per month for 2 hours. From 12am to 2pm GTM+2 / Paris time zone (schedules can be adjusted according to the needs of early registrants)

👉 Invitation to join a WhatsApp group for our communications between sessions.

👉 Depending on your requests, I may be able to pass on specific coaching tools and schedule the intervention of experts from my network.

👉 I want to keep the group small, favoring exchanges and everyone's place. Beyond 8 participants, it will be possible to register on a waiting list.

👉 In order to allow the group to grow together, registrations are made with a commitment to attend a minimum of 8 sessions out of 9.

At the end of this term you can renew your participation or leave the group if you do not wish to continue.
