The way we live, feel and interact with the elements of our environment, whether in the private or professional sphere, is closely linked to our personality.


The MBTI®️ is an indicator of psychological types derived from the research work of the eminent psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung, and created by Isabel Myers and Katharine Briggs.


It is an extremely powerful and interesting tool for professional and personal development. This questionnaire is now the most widely used personality tool in the world.


It is intended for any person, team or organization that wishes to acquire a new vision of itself and of others.

Its field of application covers different areas of professional and personal life. Depending on your needs and expectations, you can use the MBTI®️ to:

  • Communication and influencing

  • Conflict management

  • Decision-making

  • Leadership development

  • Change management

  • Team development

  • Career development

  • Career orientation

The MBTI® approach provides a solid foundation if you wish to continue with individual coaching.

 

The assessment can be done either individually (3 hours) or in a group (1/2 day or 1 day).

 

In individual sessions, the process takes place in 3 steps:

  1. Discovery interview (30 minutes)

  2. Completion of the online questionnaire (30 minutes) = filling

  3. Exploratory interview, validation of your psychological type and deepening (2 hours)

 

During this interview, I will give - provide- you a report of your psychological type + additional professional and personal development tools.

 

There are different MBTI®️ reports depending on your approach. We will define together, the one that fits you best during our 1st contact. Example of MBTI report here.

 

As a certified MBTI® practitioner, I will be happy to help you make the most of this incredible tool, online.

For the last 10 years, I have been working with international executives and young professionals, in talent management, executive recruitment, assessment & development center, career counseling, soft skills training and professional coaching (several hundred people already coached).

I achieved this experience through International HR consulting companies, one of the best French Business Schools and now with my own company.

I am happy to practice this wonderful mission of Professional Coach, in collaboration with people who always inspire me!

 

Along with my coaching services, I rely on a network of partner coaches and supervisors.

I always self-develop in new approaches and techniques of human development and I am passionate about this experiential journey!

👩‍🎓 MBTI, Assessment Center and Executive Coaching Certified at International Mozaik (ICF member).

 

My approach is enhanced by my inexhaustible curiosity for psychology, philosophy, emotion management and public speaking. It’s also enriched by theatrical creation and improvisation, expression through dance, multiculturalism, mostly South-East Asia and my passion for traveling.
